Boot Camp

I am currently not running any boot camps. But please check back for further updates. If you would like a boot camp for your friends or work colleagues please get in touch. £50 per boot camp maximum of 16 people.

The boot camps are a challenging workout for all levels of fitness with varied exercises in order for you to gain the maximum benefits. For those of you that know my sessions will know that this is a little different from other boot camps.

It includes cardio and resistance work to achieve a total body workout using a variety of equipment and your own body weight so you can achieve the physique you desire.

Hell On The Hill Boot Camp (Croft)

Hell On The Hill is a boot camp which takes place once a month Croft Hill, Croft, Leicester. It's very varied from month to month but has an emphasis on using the local environment for exercise rather than equipment.

The Next Hell On The Hill: Date to be confirmed.

As usual it's £5. The only thing different with this one is I do require advance booking (not payment) as spaces are limited in order to make it work well.

Further details of meeting points etc will be announced closer to the time.
